We have been applying ozone for many years and have been commended on the quality of our produce. We are now developing our own applications but recognise that Europe in particular has been applying this technology more widely than we have in New Zealand. We sought highly professional manufacturer to partner with to bring the latest technology and applications to support our primary industry as we strive to be more eco-safe and meet the increasing demands of chemical free foods whilst undertaking research and design in New Zealand.

Ozone Sytem Atomizer
GZO-DT
Economical Ozone Generator: Ozone is injected by bubbling and creating micro-bubbles. It is 12v so it sits on your tractor or sprayer and uses power from the battery making it mobile and safe. It is air cooled. Ozone is ejected direct through the nozzles rather than from the tank creating a consistent spray. The ozone concentrate is monitored through a blue tooth application in the cab of the vehicle giving the driver an ability to monitor the spray.
Ifyou have a small orchard or nursery we are able to provide a back pack ozone sprayer which is also safe to use in gardens.

Ozone in livestock should be used for its oxidising properties and for its virulicide, bactericide, fungicide and disinfectant action in general with sound economic benefits. It can be:Injected into in feeders and drinkers - ozinated water encourages greater assimilation of food.Wash the animal with ozinated water. It disinfects the skin, helps in the healing of wounds.Ozinate the product and area to reduce bacteria.
Ozone in Wineries
The GZO-DT or G-DT models attached to the sprayer is ideal for wineries.
The system is a 12v system and can have different sprayers or be adapted to the current spray system on a vehicle. Ozone is delivered using venturi generating nanobubbles that can be delivered with an air supply or through an oxygen bottle. It is air cooled and more than suitable for a winery.We are also able to deliver gaseous ozone equipment for the treatment of barrels to eliminate fungi and bacteria.
Equipment used to apply ozone in greenhouse horticulture

We set out to provide best practice in the application of ozone. We believe that working with NZ Horticulture we can underpin the sustainable clean green image, reduce emissions and costs of pesticides and fungicides. The Hydro VT GZO has been installed in tomato and other greenhouses; the irrigation system is used to distribute the ozone. There are a range of options for ozonation in greenhouses - through a tractor system or through the irrigation system. It is dependent on your needs.
Equipment used to apply ozone to greenhouse tomatoes HIDRO VT GRZO100-EPS to treat on line 75 m3/h of irrigated water for greenhouse tomatoes
This is a large system for a greenhouse that is appropriate for all greenhouse products and is designed based on size under cover. It has the following features:

and comes in various capacities depending on your needs.These features are common across the range.
Equipment to apply ozone in wineries
Attached to a water tank one can spray an orchard and give the vines a controlled drenching of ozone. This is another example of the GZO range and one can use an oxygen bottle or a system where there is an oxygen concentrator to generate ozone. This unit fits onto existing equipment and operates off 12v so ozone is generated as it is being applied.
Ecoag backpack 1
ecoag has designed and built a range of smaller units for small nurseries, orchards, and gardeners. It has all the benefits of ozonated water but is designed with a smaller user in mind.
Research shows it increases seedling growth by 15%, stimulates plant growth, reduces chemical usage, and leaving no residue on those precious plants.
